Hey Ladies!! Our RV survived it's first trip! We had a blast!! We all met at the campsite after work and kinda had a quiet night since Mike had to get up early for dirts but he got home SUPER early the next day so around 3 we broke out all the bbq food and the beer of course and sat around tellin stories drinking and eating and just enjoying hanging out!! I'm sooo gad we went!

That looks sooo fun! I love camping! Glad ya'll had a great time and that ya'll were able to go!!

Mere that is sooo sweet that you guys got the camper, I knew you wanted to but I must have missed that you actually got it. You guys looked like you had a great time. Josh and I really want to get an RV too. Do you have pics of the interior? I want details about it!!!!

ahhh i'm sooo jealous! looks like you guys had lotsa fun <3 there's nothing better than sitting around a fire in the middle of the woods with your favorite people drinkin beers and eating food!

question, did you guys make SMORES?!

you bet your ass we did! I don't pass up a chance at chocolate!! lol. We did smores costco style!! :D I'm addicted I eat way too many but they were TOTALLY worth it!

It's a Komfort Ridgecrest 2009 travel trailer. It's a bunkhouse model which means it has bunkbeds in the back. The bottom bunk is a full size bed, the top bunk is skinny skinny but sleepable. The bed and the kitchenette fold out to make more space for sleeping. It's self contained so it's got a smmmallll shower and toilet in a TEENNNNYY closet lol but its way better than pee'ing on your feet in the woods! There's a small sink right outside the bathroom door with a mirror/medicine cabinet. There's a fridge/freezer in the kitchen, 3 burner stove and oven. Double sink. Decent counter space. Kitchenette -booth style table. Hot water heater, propane, water tanks of course. Hook ups for freshwater, electricity and it's realllly easy to dump the tanks....well it takes time but it worked really well. There's a "master bedroom" queen size bed and a "door" to the bedroom. TONS of storage everywhere. It has an awning an some pretty neat tables that hook up to the outside. Mike and I are VERY happy with it!!

Umm we haven't decided. We had a lot of fun but it was kind of an expensive weekend and we're both wiped from it! So I'm sure we'll go a few more times before he deploys but def not this weekend either ;)

You still need that sign that says "If this Trailer is rockin, don't bother knockin".

Next time you should make pizza pies over the fire. We call them Pudgy Pies. You can get the pie irons at any camping store. They are so good. Mere, when you come back to NJ you should have your brother pull the RV and then we can go camping! LOL

the only thing we cooked over the fire was hot dogs and marshmellows cause you could spear em! lol. We're building up stuff to keep in the RV slowly and I wasn't about to put our good pots over the fire lol...eventually we'll have stuff so we can cook over it...
