that's how i was living for the last month! hahah a-m knows when she was here we ate taco bell and ice cream everynight. i figured hey i need some weight to lose so i gotta gain some first! it was my excuse. but now crunch time has come down.
i feel lucky to work at a gym with access to everything. i also am back with my trainer. i absolutely missed him. i've been back on track eating well [with few exceptions because you SHOULD be able to indulge here and there] i meet with my trainer tuesday and thursday morning and sunday afternoon. then i take cycle classes wednesday night and saturday morning and then a class called body flow which is a mix of yoga pilates and tai chi. mondays and fridays are my optional off days unless i feel like working out.
i musn't lie...i gained back some weight after D left home again. lol i'd rather be a big girl while he's gone. but i'm back on track with a goal weight of 130...which technically doesn't matter to me as long as everything is tight and tone, but 130 is realistic and i'm sure with my trainer's help i'll be good.
