A lady at work today told me about this. You basically drink this concoction for 10 days. It's a cleanser and you lose weight. (Mostly water weight.) Anyone heard of this or tried it? I'm seriously considering it..


1.2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice from one half of a Lemon
2.2 Tablespoons of Rich Maple Syrup
3.1/10 of a Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
4.1 – 2 cups of Pure Water (Alkaline Water is best, in my opinion)

Never heard of it. But I can't drink lemonade without my stomach turning and throwing up shortly after.....Too many shots of bicardi limone back in the day, amazing 10 years later and I still cant touch lemonade. hahaha That drink scarred me for life.

haha sherry thats me with anything artificially berry flavored - one LONG night with 99 blackberries

Ansleigh, is that the ONLY thing you have on this diet?? I don't know if I could go 10 days without food and one drink all day long lol.

Sherry, bahaha! I can't drink, smell, or even look at tequila. I didn't mix it with anything the night I got super sick off of it, otherwise I'm sure I wouldn't be able to drink that either! haha

Meredith, yeah that's ALL you can have. Idk if I can do it either, but I think it's worth a try haha

i've heard of it! and it DOES work, i've had a lot of friends/co workers do it. its a great detox and you DO lose weight- but just think...as soon as you ween off of it and start eating again theres a good chance you're gonna gain it back!

but its good for a detox every few months, or i know people who do it before their weddings LOL ;)


and i cant touch SoCo! used to loooove it! Soco and Coke was my FAVORITE but i had a baaad night and havent touched it since! ;)

Well, I tried it. Then went to my nephews birthday party...needless to say, I failed! Haha, I may try it again though.
