i hate school.

so i just took my anthropology midterm [which is my minor] and i absolutely know that i failed it. and to top it all off he made the other half of the exam take home- nice of him right?! yea until he makes it an 8 page paper. exactlyyyyy what i want to be doing during my spring BREAK. grr

i talked to the sociology department about changing my minor from anth to sociology and they said that its possible that the anth classes i have already taken can be petitioned to count towards socy. sooo im really considering that now because theres no way im going to pass this class- grades are only based on 2 tests :(

im ready for break already.

Ouch, I'm sorry your test was so stressful. I really hope you passed, though. I will keep my fingers crossed for you. I know an 8 page paper isnt what you want to be doing during your break, but I would suggest make the absolute best paper you can write. Does your prof want it double spaced? Cuz that makes a hugeeee difference in length. And don't give up on Anthr. just yet. Do you want to transfer because of the grades you're getting in that class, or because you genuinely would prefer minoring in Soc? I was majored in Psych and minored in Soc, and truusttttt me, its still hard. What do you want to do after school? And what are the requirements for that job?

well im more interested in sociology because anthropology is too much historical stuff. i dont like it.
im a criminal justice major- so it would make a lot more sense to be a socy major because i could make more use of it.

Well, in that case, since you've already done the research and what not... I would say go for it. I'm sure the school can work something out with you too, to transfer credits and what not. Goodluck with everything though... and even if you plan to transfer out, still write a knock out essay. I know you can do it.
