So this morning on my way to work. I got a phone call from an investigator from my Insurance company and I had to give a phone deposition. He said that whenever anyone claims a medical issue from an accident, they like to follow up with the insured before they talk to the injured person. So, this jerk is claiming that he has severe neck trauma and that he's, get this, emotionally damaged from driving now. WHO THE HELL GETS EMOTIONAL DAMAGE FROM A FENDER BENDER???? So, now, I am going to have to go in sometime to an Attorneys office and give a sworn statement as to what happened. I am so annoyed. It's people like him who cause insurance rates to be so high because they are SCAM ARTISTS. Now I know I hit him, I know that, but it wasn't that freaking bad. I sustained the majority of the damge! Where is my claim for emotional damage because they set me up with a shitty Toyota Carolla for a rental car! How is that comparable to my Mazda. LOL

Aww I'm sorry! I know exactly how you feel! I ran into the back of a guy before and his car jumped forward and BARELY tapped this ladies SUV. Ya he was pissed at me bc I pretty much totaled his little Civic and all I had messed up on my car was my license plate, but he didn't claim any injuries..no..the lady in the freakin SUV who had a little scratch on her bumper claimed neck injuries!! WTF!? May I also add that she was flirting with the damn cop and being all giddy with him when he was writing my ticket! I was sooo mad! People are just plain scam artists out there. And I'm also sorry you got a Corolla..that really does suck..Lol

that sucks. that happened to me once. granted i was in a pretty bad accendent. but still no one got really hurt. i was just glad that they droped the charges cause my insure gave them enough money and they just went away. now my insurse bill freakin sucks though.
