my freakin ear is killin me it has felt like its been clogged for a few days now well it just popped and now it hurts like hell and i want to cry and i cant sleep cause it hurts worse when i lay down.....AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

i have chronic inner ear infections from being on swim team my entire life.

Ear Pain is the worst. Try what AM said, and if that doesn't work, I would go to the Dr. YOu don't want to damge your ear drum.

or you can always try water and vinegar drops in the ear.. i used that instead of hot compresses from getting swimmers ear when I was on swim team...

what were you're strokes a-m? I swam some in middle school and then all through highschool ... i didn't know i had a fellow swimmer here?! :woohoo:

Kela is right... vinegar water works wonders... and you don't have to go to the doctors for that ;)

Strokes... Well, we all had to swim freestyle. lame.
But I swam Butterfly and the IM. I started swimteam when I was 5, and swam year-round till I was 18 when I graduated.

warm olive oil. My mom used to drip a couple drops into my ears.

ok thanks im going to try that and my buddie told me to melt down some vicks vapor rub and put it on a qtip and mthe heat and ucoliptus can help..lol

thanks everyone im happy to know i got girls who would send me chicky soup mentally if i was sick... mentally cause only ginas close enough to bring me some..lol
