I was doing really good in April with going to the gym twice a week, but the last couple months I have completly stopped going and its really starting to make me depressed. So since it's July 1st (well really its July 2nd), I'm gonna make a list of my diet/excercise goals.

1) Drink more water
2) Get out to the gym and to Zumba
3) Keep up on my menu planning
4) Start tracking my eating habits again
5) Remember to keep taking my depression meds!

Ok, so 5 is a good place to start. I'm sure I'm forgetting something so I will add as I go, but gotta start somewhere right?!

great job on starting somewhere lovey!!

I was doing really well and had lost 5.5 lbs but Mike came home and I decided I wasn't going to let a diet dictate his R&R so I pigged out a little :) Back on track starting Tuesday for me!! I'm thinking I'm only up 2lbs soooo hopefully I'm not too far behind!

Good luck and keep at it Lovey!

Maybe you girls will rub some motivation off on me... now that I am healed from surgery.. and having a baby.. and rid the infections from my body... I need to get a move on.

I want to fit back into my pre-preggo pants, I just didn't bounce back at all being that the first month I laid in bed. We have been hiking a lot lately, hopefully that helps.

I am going to attempt C25K starting next week, we are buying a jogging stroller!!
