So after being sick I am cleared to start excercising, I am not going to over do it, have to start of walking and such. I have walk away the pounds DVD and think I may start with that and do a little on the elliptical I can only do about 15 minutes at at time, it will get easier!!
DH is gonna work out with me when he gets home!!

SOOOOOO, I lost 11 pounds in July so far WOO HOOO!!!! i am excited! I have been eating right and sorta kinda excercising,,, mostly swimming with the kiddos!!! I am so happy to lose that in one month!!

thats great hun. i start going to the gym 3 times a week on august 9th. monday wednesday and friday. then once im used to that routine im gonna add walking the track for an hour on tuesday and thursday and take weeknds off. im eating right now and ive lost 3 lbs, but cant get too physical yet. still working on passing kidney stones!
