So, I think it has been a bit since I read anymore... I don't know how to chart and stuff BUT I am at least 60 pounds overweight and even though DH says I am fine, I reallly want to lose this weight! i took a pics to send to him the other day on the phone and I hate it! I think I look like a fat cow! If i knew how to post it I would! I just am getting over being sick
SO, maybe we can all enjoy fourth of July and then say July 12 start working out and giving us each support! Then we get a few weeks to work up to working it... LOL.... just an idea, I gotta get this under control!
I have four kids and the youngest is 8 so it can't be baby weight excuse!

I need support and encouragement!

hey sorry about the biggest loser thing! it didn't get a whollleee lot of interest so I didn't follow up on it any. I however have been dieting for about a month now. I've lost 5 pounds in almost 3 weeks. Nothing magnificent but its coming off in small healthy amounts little by little. I've given up on it for the moment. Mike's home from Iraq on his r&r and I'm just not caring enough to not do the stuff he wants to do right now.. I'll hop on it again when I get home and I will gladly do it with you for support!!

Aw thanks ladies! I am waiting one more week to get well and then going to give it a go. I currently weigh 200 and just want to lose anything at this point! I will try and hop on with how I am doing so you gals can cheer me on! I really need to stick with it!
DH was gonna work out with me but his idea of working out and mine are so not the same, he is still in that boot camp matality i think, even though that was last year! I can't possible do that kind of work out to begin with! I have my elliptical and will start with that.
Thanks!

There is a website called sparkpeople.com. It's totally free and there is tons of support and things to get you motivated!!!! I joined, but have slacked. I'm going to get back into it as soon as Adam leaves for deployment. I need to lose at least 80 lbs so I am right there with you!!

I will be happy to be right there with you! I have about 40lbs to lose and am hoping to lose as much as I can (I'm realistic though) before hubby gets back from deployment. Don't have much support here at home, so would be glad to have your back!!
