Fort Riley, Kansas????

Has anyone been here???

Matt updated his bases on the computer earlier and we had to replace Fort Carson b/c they decided a few months ago to get rid of his MOS there so our choices left to fill in the blank was fort bragg, fort hood, fort riley, fort campbell and fort drum. A few we deffinately don't want to go to and others we've heard some not so good things about so he picked Fort Riley as our last choice.

I don't know ANYTHING about that base so any information would be helpful. Thanks ladies!

That stinks Fort Carson can't be on your list, I have heard so many great things about Fort Carson!! It would be my first choice if Adam does re-up.

Kandice is at Riley!!! so is my friend lauren (she isnt really on here anymore though, she just had baby number 2 hubby just got home, they just pcs ed and now hes deploying again so she has been busy) buttt Riley is BEAUTIFUL! For real, my parents live close to it and leavenworth, only thing is... there isnt shit to do, if it wasnt for K state in manhattan kansas, riley would SUCKKKK

Lol yeah a girl at work used to be stationed there with her parents when she was a kid and she said she loved it but Manhatten is the only place to do anything lol
