do you use one? or have one? do you make a daily goal then try to take that many steps?

i have one, and i love that thing even when im not going anywhere i wear it and its interesting to see how many steps i take just from chasing the kids and walking around the house doing daily chores!

Adam used to have one but hardly used it so I tossed it when we moved. Does it count miles? I am looking at tracking my miles, I never thought about steps though.

Its recommended you take 10,000 a day! I had one and have no idea where it went :-( the most steps I ever had was a little over 4,000 while at my moms running back and forth from the house to the barn and taking 3 wlalks! Mine told me my mileage too. I miss it :-(

lol spahr. the most ive ever taken is 5,000 i guess that means im lazy cause i cant make the full 10,000 lmao!
