Ok so March 25th is almost here....and I have no idea the tattoo I want to get!!! i have a few ideas but like i dont know! ahhhh!! lol....anyways....

my question is about foot tattoos.....I really want a sparrow on my foot but im worried about what footwear to wear??? I only have one tattoo and its a rose on my hip so i never had to worry about things, i could wear sweats all the time basically except at work...

if i can't get my foot tattoo right now i have no idea what ill get!!! haha i actually have the money saved...and me and my girlfriend have been planning this tattoo thing for a year now!!! for her 18th birthday lol....ugh so i better think fast!! haha

I almost got my tat on my foot but the place told me to take into consideration how much your foot goes through a day (socks, different shoes, etc.) and that I'll probably need to have it touched up every few years. Just something to think about! Good Luck!

Are you looking for shoes you can wear to work while it's healing? You can wear any shoes really. I got my tattoos on my feet and that afternoon I had to wear my boots. And I was in them all night at work. I just had to loosen the laces and prop my feet every chance I got. If you don't want to wear normal shoes... You could wear some crocs... like the cute one's that were posted the other day. Or some other type of open top shoes.

Ooo as for the touch-ups... It depends on the place that does it. I had mine done in Guam, and it was in '04, and I haven't had them touched up yet. They still look good as new.

DON'T RUSH INTO ANYTHING! lol sorry that was my first thought! Remember that this permanently on ur body so dont rush just because you guys want to get a tat!

But like Dani said all u really need is a loose breathable shoe... but also u could continue wearing ur "normal" shoes just put ur ointment on it and then put saran wrap on/around (it should stick like a band aid so u prob won't need to wrap it)and ALWAYS wear clean socks! lol But you wanna make sure that it gets enough air too so it can heal.

My friend had hers on her foot done in the summer and she worked at an animal hospital so she wore flipflops most of the time and loose crocks at work. But with those little slippers that are in style those probably would be good too! spahr my dear im not "rushing into it" i know that a tatto is permanent...i alraedy have one...and i have a lot of ones that i want its just i can't have them all lol...jamie is limiting me to like 4 haha...so i have choices to make im just trying to narrow it down to the ones i want most :P... And a sparrow on my foot is one that i REALLY am sure about and want its just I wanted to see what the cares were and everything before i decided for sure lol

Make sure you get what you want! Dont decided that day what you want it of! But flip flops work well.. lol as Danie said... just make sure if you cant wear flip flops you loosen you laces!

I have my daughters name on my foot. You can wear pretty much anything I guess. While it's healing just make sure to keep Aquaphor on it. I got mine almost a year and a half ago and I've gotten it touched up once. Not because it needed it but because if you looked at is closly you could see where the lady missed a few spots shading it in and I wanted it fix because it was bothering me..Lol but when I went to get just that part done he went over the whole thing agian and made a few improvments..Lol

I highly advise you cancel your apt... pick out a tat, and print it out and look at it every day for at least 6 mo... no joke. You never never never want a tat to just get one, you never want to rush into the design your getting...

ok you guys arent listening....i have ones that i really want....but i can't do the big ones yet cuz i cant afford them...and the one on my foot is one that ive wanted but not been able to! i was just making sure i was gonna be able to wear shoes consideirng its the middle of winter! im not rushing this...i have a tattoo i know its a big deal on what you have to make sure you like it....i just hadnt decided on the other ones for sure if i wasnt gonna really be able to wear shoes...

You'll be good... just do as spahr said... use the ointment, and cover with saran wrap. I did that too, it was so long ago... I forgot about it...

hah yeah now its just finding the right picture! i shouldnt have to worry about tennis cuz the first 4 days ill be in Oklahoma so hopefully its warm enough to wear my flip flops...and im not working so its only if i go somehwere ill need to wear shoes....my first tattoo healed REALLY FAST so im hoping for a fast heal this time too!

ok i have flipflops and lil slip on shoes for the tat i want i just dont know when im going to be getting it now... i want a pair of sparows on my chest eventually but i got to save a lot for them...lol

I agree with Katie. You never want to get a tattoo on a whim. Take your time and really think about what you want. I have one tattoo that I want to cover up because it seemed like a good idea at the time.

I REALLY want a tat when the baby is born... I'm thinking his/her footprints and name underneath my no regrets!

yeah i want my kids footprints up my ribs lol...and no i wasnt going out on a whim....i just have like 3 tatts that i really want and i just didnt know which one to get first hah.. BTW I HATE JACOB SPAHR!!!!!!!!! lol....thats the worst part in the whole books! when its all frickin JACOB :P.

he left because he didnt trust himself to keep her safe!!! i mean what would you do if everytime you turned around you were the cause to her getting hurt? (granted he saved her much more times than that)....i mean if i felt like a danger to the one i loved, i'd leave too!!! but he didnt come crawling back she went to save his life. and he was gonna come back anyways! cuz he LOVED HER! and btw....jacob was paid off to hang iwth her if you dont remember billy wanted her away from edward so he paid jacob to do things with her and bella just kinda grew on him :P

haha im almost done with the last book i almost skipped jacobs middle part but shelly wouldnt let me :P haha....and dont you think its a little wierd that jacob had intimate and dirty thoughts about things to do to bella and now hes imprinted on her daughter:? :P
