So that pretty much covered the basics. Im newly married :wub: *March 14th 2010* :wub: and my amazing husband has just left for basic training at Fort Sill. He will then go to Virgina for AIT for ten weeks and then come home to me until April when he'll be deployed to Afghanistan. So I'm just trying to get used to him not being around...

lol, i spent my summers growing up in elba. its a really small town 2 stop lights (or atleast it was back in the day) its about 45 mins from dothan in coffee county. being here in benning, im only 88miles from where my grandparents live. so its nice coming back, when my parents split my mom took my brothers and i to the city. id prefer the country over anything else anytime. LOL

I'm Meredith. I'm 24 and Married to Mike who is AD Army and currently serving his 4th tour. He's been in Iraq for about 9 months now and I'm getting really antsy for some r&r. He should be home some time next month for that and then home very shortly after that for good :) He's been in 8 years and we're looking forward to his ETS in December so we can settle in somewhere and have a life and a family without the army. It's been good to us but we've had enough lol.

I'm an athletic trainer but I'm working as a reimbursement specialist for a company near my home town. I didn't care to stay at Lewis which is 3000 miles from my home and my in laws as well. All in all I'm just really looking forward to getting hubs home.

I'm Mary (21) and married to my high school sweetheart Matt (21) for just over a year now. He's AD Army and we are currently stationed at Fort Wainwright, AK! We have one year left up here and then we're hoping to get into the lower 48 b/c I miss the warmth and the beach! We're originally from New Jersey and he's been in for almost 3 years now. im lindsay (21) and my soldier aaron (23) is in the Army national guard. he was deployed for 9 months and got back this past october, so who knows when he may deploy next :shrug:
