Also USAA has a VERY good VERY thorough credit report and credit monitoring service. I highly reccomend paying the little bit extra for a 3 agencies, both josh and I found all 3 agencies to have different things on them... and different numbers, DRASTICALLY different!!! In todays world your credit means so much, unfortunately, ours needs help, and I was sooo uneducated about it, but I am learning so much between Dave Ramsey and the stuff I have been learning in the last 2 weeks ;) Grab your credit by the balls and take charge!!!

Thanks Katie!
I am going to use that info about the negative reporting to write to Ford. Adam still has some issues from like 10 years ago with Ford, it's a long story. Even though obviously it didn't hurt his credit enough to get the house it still is on his report he had to explain it to the lenders and blah blah, the story gets old...lol.
