Anyone else having problems getting into AKO today? It's acting like the server is down or something on my end...:shrug:

Josh tried this morning and he can't even get his password reset so that he can access his tax info. Anybody got any ideas. We spent almost an hour at the armory this morning just to find out that there was another hour and a half wait before he could even talk to anyone about the problem.

Crystal, the tax info is on My Pay and it is a different log in ID than AKO. If he forgot that info it can be emailed to him. HTH!

Crystal.. he can always call customer service! every time john-mark wants on his AKO he has to change his password through customer service lol
