Workin Out!

I got wii fit plus for Christmas....and decided Tuesday that I'm going to do their routines that they have premade for 45 minutes a day...and WOW do my abs ache!!! lol....I've definanlty gotten a work out from it!!! I only do mostly the yoga and strength excersizes, and advanced hula hoop every day....and occasionally I add in some of the fun stuff too....And now Jamie and I are thinking about gettin P90X to do for a wedding gift to ourselves to look good for the wedding!!!

I can't wait to get a wii fit! I already told DH I am spoiling myself. I always see the commercials for p90x and think I wish that was me...lmao.

have you done the My Routines and the Premade routines???? I always click on the board to randomize on my routines lol....and the juggling game and kung fu are fun too :P

I love my wii fit... I started off every three days, then every two and I'm trying to get more scheduled and do it every day. I have been doing their set routines as well. I have to get motivated, but I'm getting there. Starting out at 30 minutes a day and will eventually get to 45 and an hour. I feel good afterwards and even sweat a little today (tells you how overweight I am)

I'm 29 and 34 according to Wii fit!

p90x is awesome.. but it sucks. For real, if you don't do it for like a day for some reason, just 1 day screws the entire program up. For real, its that intense... thats the only bad thing about it

My wii fit age keeps going up. Day 1 I was 25!!! I was like, hey I AM 25!!! Then day 2 it shot up to 37...today I was 39.
