Okay so not exactly but I"m getting there! bHAHAHA
I joined up at my old gym again 3 days ago
The first day I did 1.7 miles and ran the WHOLE TIME plus I did weights and stuff for an hour
Yesterday I did 1.5 miles and upped my speed but power-walked a little bit and then spent 1 hour doing weights and machines again
I"m going today at 2 to workout some more but my calves hurt now so I dont know how much running I'll do today.
I"m happy that I'm doing well though!
I joined for 1 month and then when hubby comes home he's going to buy a few day passes to workout with me :)
I might check my weight today and see if the past 2 days did anything this soon lol
