whats up for today? anything good?
as for me im awake, still sleepy but im managing! bout to hit my gym for 30 mins and do 30 min vid, im into the A$$ kickin phase where i dont hurt anymore after working out, so i finally feel like im getting somewhere, oh and hubby gave a few compliments yesterday, he can see im losing!! im up to 20 leg lifts on my gym where you get up there and your dangling and have to pull your legs up!! so woohoo for that!! :rockon: anyways im hoping to meet william for lunch then take the kids to the pond where i can do a few power sprints around pushing darren in the stroller!!!! have a great day!!!
