Okay sometimes Josh goes all Army on me and starts throwing the lingo around and I get so totally lost. Does anyone else have that problem? Like I know that my screen name 68WhiskeyWife means that I'm married to a field medic but then again he had to explain that to me.

hahaha ohhhh man... I did at first, but then I threw myself into the army when I joined also... so its like 2nd nature to me now, my sister and friends get annoyed cause "we talk in code" lol

Some things I just don't understand but for the most part I can hold my own. I think was reading a lot while he was gone and plus my ex was reserves so I already knew a bunch of things before I even met my DH.

you'll get the hang of it and your family will start asking you to speak civilian lol. I get it from my brothers all the time that they have no idea what I'm talking about :) Although once in awhile Mike starts talking with one of the guys and me and the other wives just laugh cause we're totally clueless so you are for sure not alone!!
