Well, I wasn't gone long. I realized I needed the support from wives, outside of my unit. Everyone knows everything. So I came back to you all, because I missed you so much.
Anywho, for those who don't know me. I used to be on here, but left for personal reasons...
My name is Alyssa, I am 21 and we are stationed at Fort Richardson, Alaska. My husband is active duty, deployed to Afghanistan.
This deployment has been somewhat of a tough one... and had its challenges.
In August, my husband came home on leave and we got pregnant, after almost 2 years of infertility, and the first initial fertility treatment worked, this pregnancy has been such a blessing.
So, I am 17 weeks pregnant now, and looking forward to May 20th, when our little one arrives. The sex will be unknown to everyone, at least until my husband finds out when he comes home for good from deployment.
I look forward to meeting all the new girls that have come in while I was away.
