I know that there is Moto mail for other places & services I have used it to keep in touch w/ my brother in law in the marines, but now there is hooah mail ;-) I don't know much about it or really even if it is all that new.. But I read a blip about it on the bottom of hubs LES tonight, So I thought I would share the link...

WTH... ME = JEALOUS.... they should open it to guys in Iraq too that are at FOB BFE... John-Mark has no way to mail stuff home at his FOB. If hes lucky and has a letter ready and goes on a mission to FOB that has mail, he can send it out... that just sucks its only in afghan....

PLUS... I wouldn't be jelous kristi... It's really onesided... It's for us, to write and send letters to them, they get printed and sent to the guys... that is it, its not really a two way communication. At least that is the way motomail always worked with my bro in law.

eghhh well then it probably wont work... it will probably be like the mail he already gets... or I guess doesnt get... Seriously he just got his letters I have been sending him... all 6 month worth of them on 1 day... I tell ya the army is awesome at times

Its official Erin... No Moto Mail for them :( He just got online before he went on a mission... He said that they have had people try moto mail and it never worked before :( No one has tried in a month, but he goes being as our FOB was supposed to be shut down no one sent anything to anyone for the last month... so I doubt in the last month anything has changed... I told you he really is at FOB BFE :( It sucks

Im tellin ya Erin... hes at probably the worst FOB ever right now. One of my cadre at ROTC asked me where he was and I told her, and she was like ITS STILL OPEN... It was never meant to be a permanent FOB, but its still there, and ppl quite frequently forget about it. I mean really... when is the last time you had to send TOILET PAPER to your husband?? And has he ever ran out of food at his FOB... yep that happened too... 4 days of no food, and they started running short on water, so they were rationing water too... Crazy isnt it?

I actually heard about this while I was at FLW .. and I just sent my first letter to Christopher using it..this morning. I will fill you all in on feedback when I have some for those who have their man over there!

yea it says that but from my experince with it when scott was on ship was that he would get it like a week later. it was always a susprise when they got them sooner. i think it was because they didnt get passed out everyday. they just sit somewhere for a while.
