So as I said in the addictions post... I custom made some chucks...
Seemed pretty sweet. They are only like $68 a pair, which isn't bad. However, you have to wait about 4 weeks for them. Not such a big deal in the grand scheme of things. But I got mine today in the mail... and they look amazing. I absolutely love them. Except, they made them TWO full sizes too big. The said its a 'glitch' with their website. I tried to see if I could return them and get them remade... However, they said they have a 'no return, non-refundable policy' on their shoes. So even though they could be at fault for the mistake... you're still stuck with the screwed up shoes.
So incase any of you were planning on ordering a pair of these, I wouldn't recommend it.

i'm so disappointed! i can only imagine how sad you are!
I would say..could there be a way to shrink them or would that be too risky?

Ok, I have to fully admit I am behind the times. What are Chucks? That sucks that they won't do something about the size even though it was their fault. I would definitely report them to the BBB. There has to be something they can do to help you resolve this, especially if they are expensive.

Don't worry, you're not alone!

You need to report them. They is bad business practice!

What size did you end up getting? Do you have a picture of them? Maybe one of the other girls here would fit in them, and be willing to buy them from you? Never know?!

I'll get a pic of them when I get home... I needed a women's size 6.5, because Converse kinda has their own size measurements. Normally I wear an 8.5 in most other shoes... They sent me a women's size 10.5... AKA a MEN'S 8.5

Kid you not, my toes barely reach where the shoe laces begin. They are huge on me. I told Jamie, I'm gonna try to speak with a supervisor... if they still insist there is nothing they can do, I will stop at NOTHING to report them for bad business. If they can't do anything for me, then I'm just gonna re-sell them, either on here, ebay, or craigslist I guess.

It was a total bummer, I mean they look amazing. And the pair to match the hoodie, go PERFECT! But when the shoes are way too big, there's nothing you can do about it. And I'm not about to recommend the custom chucks if the company is not even willing to fix their own mistakes.

I would not accept that. I would talk to someone else. Keep talking up the ladder till you get to the head of the company if you have to. Especially if they admitted that it was their error. But that's just me. Sorry girl!
