I have been having some serious back pain for about two weeks now. Friday night trying to work was hellll. Saturday morning I go to sleep, wake up around 4pm... and I CANT BREATHE OR MOVE. It was like I was paralyzed. I called my friend Jess and asked her to take me to the hospital... I get there, and the nurse who checked my BP and heartrate was really friendly...
Then she asks when my last period was... I told her it's probably been 4 weeks or so, but I've always been irregular. She says, "are you pregnant?'
i said, no, I have gotten my period. She says 'well, how do you know you're not pregnant?' I told her again, because I've gotten my period. She says, "well you period doesnt exactly mean you're not pregnant." I told her my fiance is in Iraq, and I have not been sexually active for over 5 months, and I have gotten my period numerous times since then. She says, " mm hmm. well have you taken a pregnancy test?' I told her no, so she ordered a urine sample and blood sample. dskf;saoeakjsehf;kdsy are you effing kidding me?
So then I go in the exam room, to wait for the doctor. The RN comes in, to tell me the doctor will be right in. A few minutes later, another RN walks in, doesnt wash her hands, clean her stethoscope... NOTHING SANITARY. She asks, so tell me what's wrong. I told her about my back pains and how I cant breathe. It's painful to breathe. She says well you sound a little hoarse, so I'm prescribing you Zithromax and a cough syrup for your bronchitis.
Really? You're an effing RN. You cannot diagnose, or prescribe medicine. It's not in your field. then she hands me my prescription and paperwork to leave.
Nobody looked at my back. I never saw the doctor. So I asked for Administrations phone number. They then told me I could leave. Btw, nobody even touched me except the first nurse who checked BP and heartrate.
So I call that number... and they gave me RADIOLOGY'S number. Not administration. WTF!!!!
I'm looking over the paperwork and they have me listed as being under the care of Dr. Carl Lang... and his signature on the scrips... BUT I NEVER FREAKING SAW HIM!!!!!!!!
