Ok ladies!! Operation Weight Loss officially begins today!
I'm weighing in at an embarassing: 174.5
My goal weight is: 140-145
My short term goals are to:
drink more water everyday
take a walk at least once a day
and lose the first 10 lbs by my Aunt's Christmas Party on Dec 6th
Long Term goals:
basically get healthy by losing 35-40lbs
getting into a good reliable exercise routine that works for me
take a run everyday
I'm planning on making some graphs for myself to chart my weight loss and my brother's gf is looking for a good BB mobile app similar to WW online. Once I figure out the graphing I can do that for you and I'll let you know if we have any luck for an app :)

PS Don't feel it necessary to poast your weight if you're uncomfortable! but start keeping track of it yourself by writing it down in a notebook. Or you can PM it to me and I'll keep it written down :)
No need to feel embarassed! I just feel like if I tell you guys it will motivate me to really do something about it! :)

even though its op wt loss... Im wanting to gain some weight... so in my opinion its op get healthy!
My current weight 129lbs
Goal- 135 (gain some muscle!!!)
Short term
drink water (im too much of a juice drinker)
Hit the gym at least 2 times a week instead of avoiding it
find a way to get more protein (its hard without red meet)
stop stressing so much
LONG TERM
stay injury free

i started at (brace yourselves) 222lbs.
after 4 weeks i am at 218lbs.
my overall goal weight is 170lbs.
my short term goals are
increasing my daily water intake
portion control

this is the website i get my recipies off of. they are so yummy, and healthy! they have the nutrition info on them, and the point value for WW.

ok here i go...
im at 163.5
i want to be at 140-145
my goals are to eat healthier
run everyday
and go to the gym at least twice a week.
I don't know my weight right now. Last week I weighed in at 154. I think a reasonable goal for me is 135, although I would prefer 130. We will see!!
I finally got into prepregnancy jeans the other day!!

great start ladies! lets go get em!! my brothers gf gave me some WW online type websites to look at where you dont have to pay so I'll do some investigating and let you know what I think!! She's taking me to spin class at her gym tomorrow at 630am! Wish me luck!!

I'm trying to make some charts and graphs for myself...but I don't have microsoft office installed on my computer anymore!!! Gah!

i told scott that i wanted to go to the gym with a friend of mine. he asked if we were going to the one on base and i said yes cause its free. so he told me that he was going to get a babysitter for rylie get with my friends husband and go to the gym hide and punch every guy that looks at us the wrong way. lol. OR he was going to go with me cause he read in a magazine that going to the gym with your wife is really good for your sex life.
