So as a lot of you know I plan on starting a diet tomorrow....well I'm in major need. I put on my dress pants this morning to get ready for this meeting and not one pair fits, so I have to wait a skirt with an elastic waist band...which btw made ripping sounds as I pulled it over my hips :( I'm so upset. I don't know when I let myself get this bad. And It's frustrating becuase my arms and waist are still really skinny but my hips/thighs/and butt are HUGE. I'm looking really un proportional.

Anyway I just needed to whine that I'm fat lol. I can't believe I've put on 25lbs in 3 months. What was I thinking?? My jeans don't fit, my dress pants don't fit...I barely had anything to wear to work anyway no I literally have next to nothing...

I don't know it's just really upsetting me this morning. I just kinda want to cry :tissue:

aww mere im sorry- its completely normal that stress can make you gain weight though.
you will start feeling way better when you start your diet tomorrow! i started dieting and going to the gym about a month ago and even though it takes some major motivation, it will make you feel so much better!!
we're here for you mere :) we'll keep you motivated!!

thanks lindsay! I really appreciate it :) I'm feeling better sine I went to my interview but blegh...I don't know how I got so heavy. I also have my period...which is the reason for the crying lol.....and I'm probably a little bloated sooo yeah haha. I'm going to go buy ONE pair of fat dress pants and thats all. I want to get back into good enough shape that my dress pants fit me again!

Don't worry Mere - you're beautiful! And believe me I know what you mean about gaining weight in your hips and thighs and butt - me too! And I always have a "reason" for not working out or eating healthy.. lol the excuse the past few months has been "I"m under stress and I need to make myself feel better with food" -- oy.

Don't worry though!! I hear it gets easier after the first week.
