T-minus 19 days until Operation Weight Loss officially commences!!

Make sure to set yourself some short AND long term goals!! From anything to how much you actually want to lose to changing/adding new habits (i.e. drinkin more water etc.)

We need to decide if/how we want to log progress!! Ideas will be appreciated!!

And for those of you participating....for your amusement: (I'm just being silly!! we can make some serious ones if you want!!)
