I'm having some trouble.. first I can't figure out private messages.. I can't find mine (which btw I only had one in there and it said it was full? so I tried to delete it and it said I didn't have access) also I can't figure out how to PM anyone

I think I had one more problem? but i can't remember it right now lol

anyway not a huge deal just whenever someone has a minute! Yall are the best!!

oh DUH I know my last problem lol its that the top of my screen says I have one notification (the one right in front of my face is the one i forget yes) well it says I have one unapproved visitor message so I click on it but there's nothing for me to approve? that has been there for a while now and I can't get it to go away lol

When you look at this, you see my name above my avatar? Click on my name. Normal click, don't right click. It will give you a drop down, from there you can pm the person you are trying to pm.

As for the notification thing... I'll have to look at that... I'll look and post again, but thought this would help for a bit... brb...

you can also get to your PMs by hitting quick links at the top and choosing private message. That will take you to your in box on the menu on the left the 4th menu down is all of your PM options. I'll have to look into the notification thing with Danie and see what we can figure out

I got the notification thing worked out. Certain usergroups visitor messages were set to have to be approved before appearing, but only moderators could approve them. But it didn't tell us that we had messages to be approved. Kinda messed up.

Anyway, should be good now.

Yall are all amazing! Thank you so much!! I don't know why but when I click the name link drop down thing, some people it gives me the option to PM and some people it doesn't? But oh well now I've figured out other ways to go about it so thank you!

OOO... that's because each person can choose whether or not they want to receive pm's. So they probably didn't select to receive them, and that's why they don't have the option to send them one.
