For those of you who work full time and have a baby at home, how do you make time to work out??
By the time I am done with my lil one I don't even want to think about working out!
Well I don't work full time and I don't have a baby but you don't have to go crazy to work out. You can wake up a little earlier or after the baby's gone to sleep just do little things, if you have stairs go up and down a few times, jumping jacks, crunches, push-ups, just walk/run through the house. I do lunges through my living room sometimes. You might feel dumb doing it but it doesn't really matter

I have 3 jobs and I'm planning a wedding and taking care of my nephew and I make time to workout... somehow lol
You just have to spend 20mins-30mins a day doing some sort of physical activity whether it's dance, aerobics, weightlifting or simply just walking.
If you can't leave your baby with someone for an hour a day then take her on a walk with you!
It'll be good bonding for the two of you not mention good exercise for you and fresh air for her!

I am in the same boat with you. I work an hour away from our house so I leave my house at 6 and get home around 6. I just don't want to use the time I have with my daughter at night working out. But for the last week I have been using my lunch hour walking around our office building. Guess it's better than nothing.

I don't work full time outside of the home, but with 4 kids, trying to work out has been a chore. I've made the decision to take 30 min. in the afternoon while my DS #2&3 are napping to do some excercising since getting up an hour early would lead to procrastination.

Find different ways of doing your chores. Bend up and down picking up the baby, walk around the yard or house, dance while you vacuum.
