New Marine Wife!

My name is Kristi, I just turned 20 a few weeks ago, I am married to Jordan my Marine who is on a deployment to Iraq. We normally live in NC...If you know anything about East Marines I am sure you know what base we are on. I currently am living at my parents home in Ohio until he returns and my parents have also taken our puppy in as well. I work at a local restaurant as a buser that does a little of everything, I love it b/c I get to work with a boss that knows my family and everyone who works there are now close family friends! I am hoping to start another job working with flower arrangements which is great b/c i love doing anything art related! My husband and I have been married for a year and one month but he has spent more time on deployment then with me...and this deployment is starting to drag on with no end in sight even though he keeps saying he will be home for the holidays.

Before this gets to sad if anyone is in the Toledo/Sylvania Ohio area and wants to get something to eat with me I know a great restaurant!

My name is Meredith...the girls here call me Mere. I'm a 23 y/o army wife. My husband has been in the army for just about 7 years. He's leaving for his 4th deployment (my second) in just a few weeks. We're stationed at Ft Lewis, WA. I plan on moving back to NJ to be closer to both of our families while he is away. I worked the past school year as an athletic trainer for a local high school but I'm unemployed while working on moving to NJ. i live in virginia, and go to college- im a criminal justice major but i have NO clue what i wanna do when i graduate next fall haha.

I was prior Navy and after serving 8+ years, I got out in December '08. My husband is still in the Navy and we are currently stationed in Florida. We have two children, Colton and Kennedy (pictured below). I'm 28 going on 29 years old. I'm one of the oldest and longest married on the site... sometimes, the girls remind me... (not intentionally of course). I love to scrapbook, and take pictures. Right now, I am going to school and about to finish my Associates in General Studies. I haven't figured out what I want to be when I grow up!
