Well, last week someone in my mom's office murdered her mother?!?! and she's apparently like totally off her rocker now, like has no clue that she even did it, wasn't trying to run from the cops...nothing. So they've had CSI units in my moms office all week...bizzare
My mom works for New England Financial, which was bought out by Met Life years ago, but she works for a financial firm. There are two people who know how to do my mom's job her and this girl Jen. Well because they're the only two only one can take off at a time so at least one of them is there so business keeps moving. Their legally not allowed to keep a client check over night. It has to be put in the bank in that business day. So long story short my mom found out Mike was deploying and started telling her boss and Jen, I'm going to need time off in Sept. I just don't know when yet....repeated it like 9 million times. Well Jen booked a vacation for the week Mike leaves lol. So my mom's bitching that she did it, and that her kid is struggling to keep up in school and Jen is taking him out for the first week of school and she thinks thats stupid. She's like I get that it's cheaper but really? I'm trying to move my daughter home right after her husband deploys...can you cut me a break!?
So I emailed my mom a few days ago and told her what days we'd be in NJ for leave so she could take a few days to hang out with me and Mike....well mom looks at the schedule, Jen had taken those off too!! lmao. So she talked to Jen and Jen graciously move her days for that so my mom can at least hang out with us while we're home.
So anyway between the murder and this girl Jen I think my mom is ready for a break! She keeps telling me our road trip is going to be like Thelma and Louise! lol She's like that sounds better than Beth and Meredith......our names don't sound right together lol. She's so funny.
Anyway, random story just thought I'd tell ya all cause I'm bored and we're not allowed to leave yet. Thank you US army for making my life difficult...lol
