My husband used to work the border in Montana and you would be amazed at all the stuff that he has found with people crossing the border. One time he stopped a guy and in the cup holder of his car was a plastic breast implant. I don't know if he was going to use it for himself or someone else, but why would you drive around let alone cross the border with a plastic implant in your cup holder??
