Just wondering

Soo I saw meres post about how Mike just snuck away and went to see her after the shooting, and it got me to thinking... any of your men ever "sneak away" from the army to come see you???



I remember over thanksgiving when I went down to see John-Mark I was sooooo worried NO one would be at the airport to pick me up (before he deployed was no problem, i knew they were not working and leaving would be easy to come get me) and I did NOT want to be sitting there waiting till he got off work lol... buttt he had some dental work done not too long before i was there, and he used it as an excuse, told them he was having pain in his mouth and needed to go see the Dentist to get some more meds lol... and he snuck away to come get me instead! then got me checked into the hotel, and I drove him back to work so i could have the car all day. Everyone saw me in his car so they knew where he really went, but no one said anything!!! haha His chief loves me!

lol mike does it once in awhile...with the deployment coming up they're doing a whole lot of sitting around so he figured it was only fair that the single guys were allowed to go home he could too haha. oh well. shh

Well when he was at APG I went to see him and we stood outside the barracks for 4 hours talking. I'm not sure if it was sneaking because it was graduation week, but no one else was there but me..lol.

one of these days I'll have a story of how my man snuck out to see me :) but the only way Matt would be able to do that is if he got on a plane and flew to St. Cloud.....I think they would notice. LOL

M used to take the whole day off when I had Dr appts lol. My appt was usually at like 8 and he wouldnt go back into work until 1 or 2.

I wont admit to any other times though lol

william has stopped by a few times when he was on the way to a range or something since they take the main road by our house to get out there, but nothing too sneaky, lol

There was definitely a long weekend that they didn't approve him for leave, but his CO knew he was leaving...it was complicated. Technically, as far as they knew, he was on base. Welllll...he wasn't. :D I was soooo scared the whole weekend he was gonna get busted and in HUGE trouble.

aaron hasnt had the chance to be sneaky...but i used to sneak down during his training a lot during the weekend and steal him away haha (it was only easy cause he didnt do anything those days) :)

scott really doesnt sneak. he HATES getting into trouble so he doesnt do much hes not susposed to do. i think he'll get over when he picks up.

No sneaking away... but does paying someone to take his staff duty hours count? So he could come snowboarding with me!? Lol...

all the time .. since it's close enough for him to get away with that on long weekends ... he'll get away without putting in a pass or for leave... :)

I never had that happen, only because Jason works at the Reserve Unit and he pretty much does whatever he wants to do. LOL So sneaking wouldn't be the proper word.
