Hey Girls! How has everyone been? Things are good here. Very busy. We are still in Ottawa and will be here till the 28th. Kenzie is doing really good, keeping me very busy. Jason too, but mostly me. He has this tendency to go MIA when he is with his BIL which leaves me to take care of her. *rolls eyes. But I enjoy it. We have just done a lot of nothing really since we have been here. Played around with the 4 wheeler a lot. Jason got it stuck yesterday in the mud which is always fun. We thought that we might have to go back to Cleveland early because Jason messed up some leave paperwork and he thought he was going to have to return to work ealier than anticipated, but they gave him till the 29th. I am excited about that because the Putnam County Fair is here this coming week and Kenzie is really excited about it. My niece Taylor is coming here next week to stay with us because my brother and SIL are going to Las Vegas, lucky bastards!!! To be honest, I was kind of hoping to go home for a couple of days, I miss my bed. There is no place like home. Kenzie is going back to Alabama sometime after the 4th, not sure when though. He was supposed to take her back on July 5, but he has this gut feeling that his ex wife isn't going to allow him to take her to Tenn with us and if that is the case, then he is keeping her an extra week because he is entitled to 6 weeks and he is taking them. We got some good news yesterday, he sort of reached a deal with her about the custody issue and that seems to be getting settled. He is not going to seek full custody but there are some guidelines. One, she has to have clothes that fit her, (Mom sent her up with clothing that absoulytely is too small, I mean, I took her to get some jeans and she is in a 6 to 6X and all her shorts and pants for 5's and the pants she came up here in are a 4T! Really??? 4t????) Second, his visitation for summer gets extended now, so instead of 6 weeks, he gets her from June 1 through August 6 or something like that. He also gets her every other Christmas for the entire school break instead of splitting it up like most Christmas breaks are. There are some others, but I can't really think about it all right now. But I thnk it will work out. I still wanted him to try to get full custody, but he is not confident he will win and he says he wants to wait till he has a better chance, i.e. when Brandy screws up again and she will because that is what she does.
Other than that, nothing much going on. We haven't been doing much, but it just seems like I have no time to get to a computer. It's really quite weird. I have been checking Facebook through my phone and that's about it. But I wanted to say hi and that I missed you all and I will be back soon!!!!
