So i went to the store the other day because i'm getting to freakin fat for my pants...so i bought a new pair.....size...........14!!!! I thought they would be huge on me..Nope...they fit ok. I cant believe it. I am 10 lbs away from being at my biggest again....i number i never wanted to see again. Blah its soooo damn depressing. I dont eat real sugar or butter or fattening milk....or sodas. WTH. blah. blah blah.!!! I think i'm gonna start a good healthy meth and anorexia diet! (just kidding...though it is tempting) Stupid food. This sucks so bad! I'm so pissed at myself for letting myself get this big again :tissue::throwinfit::cryineyes:

awww Kandace! I know how you feel. I put on 20 since I met Jason and I'm determined to get it off before vacation this summer. I know you can do it!!
and fyi, 14 is not that big. lol

Thanks. Its big for me, I'm 5' tall so 14 is not a size i need to be. I'm hoping to get this off in the next few months. I think its because of the winter and stuff. Being stuck in the house. It sux though! Good luck to you!

I am short too! I feel your pain. Winter is the worst. I always gain weight in the winter and it sucks. Doesn't help that Jason and I like Beer, a lot. LOL
Cocaine is better for the weight loss. lol totally kidding!!!

For the record, I am 5 pounds away from the weight I was when I delivered lil M...and I'm expecting to gain at least 10 more...probably more like 20. I'm going on a serious diet come June!!!

I'm with Christy.... I gain weight more in the Winter... And right now, I feel your pain. I am also a 14/16 depending on the brand even up to an 18. It sucks. Granted I have an 8 month old, so I know it will take time to lose the weight, but it still sucks! We should root each other on to eat better an maybe do a little exercise daily! I'm here for ya girl!

Let's all start a work out routine..sitting here at the computer isn't helping..lol I'm here with my snickers eating away... :( lol I have the Carmen Electra strip tease aerobics and i've used it maybe ONCE!! lol I should start learning those strip tease's for when Justin gets back..bow chica wow wow!:flasher:

Blegh Chrsity I'm with you...I've put on 20lbs since I met Mike! SCREW being happy! lol jk. I'll take happy and 20lbs heavier than being miserable....although happy and 20 lbs lighter would be REALLY nice...I started working out and I've gained weight. I know muscle weighs more than fat but its frustrating...and I really need to eat better.

Thanks ya'll! Ya'll made me feel alot better! I got a treadmill like a week ago i just havent really got on it that much...my shoes i was wearing were sucking so i got new ones...so i'm busting my ass on that thing tomorrow and drinking my slimfast. And dancing around while singing my guitar hero stuff! I've got to get this stuff off because i just feel sluggish and grumpy and feel like i cant keep up with the kiddos ya know! We should all just cheer each other on and check up with each other to keep each other inline!!!

I've been walking on the treadmill just about everyday for at least 30 minuts for the last month and I can totally tell a difference!! I only have __ days until the hubby will be home and I wanna look smokin!

Well I for sure broke out into a sweat on the first DVD! I have the whole collection..lol It's just kinda hard for me to watch it because my daughter will try to do it with me and..well..she is only 4 and doesn't need to learn all that!!!

I have gained weight since the summer too and it's driving me insane. I wanted to lose it by the wedding but I don't think that's goign to happen now :(

Try and get on your treadmill once a day. Eat a good breakfast and lunch, and then get on your treadmill, and eat light dinner. If you want you can do 30 mins in the morning and 30 minutes at night. Rem to eat snacks between meals. Don't beat yourself up. You're taking the right direction, you got a treadmill, shoes, and you're going to exercise. Go Kandice!!!:yahoo::dancin::bananasplit:

The story of my life... I was a size 4 when I met my husband. By the time I got pregnant in 2007, I had gained a total of 30 pounds. Pregnancy left me with 25 pounds. I am now a size 12... I've only lost 5 pounds (and my baby is 9 months). I bought my self a elliptical trainer and it is just there collecting dust. I get home so tired and top do so much stuff that by the time Josephine goes to bed all I want to do is go to bed too.
My husband is deploying in 3 weeks and I usually loose weight when he is away. I am hoping this time is no exception.

I joined a gym, been going every other day and doing the eliptical for 45 mins to 60 mins and I feel better. I have been just remembering not to snack during the day and eat my weight watcher meal at lunch and my special K bar for a snack. I'm not a big breakfast eater, but I will munch on Fiber One if I'm hungry. and Water, lots and lots of water. I need to focus on toning more. I mean, I need to lose 20, but toning is a major thing for me. That's why I'm also taking kick boxing! :D

Wanna hear my excuse?.... Kids.... the gym here doesn't have a mom room. Our gym in Washington had a mom room, with Ellipticals and treadmills and such, and the kids had a play area that you could watch them in the same room. It was perfect! Not here... it sucks. I can't go after hubs is off work... I have dinner to make, and kids to get ready for bed. It sucks... I should do something, but I don't have the energy. My second excuse... it's winter and I don't like taking kids outside in the cool windy weather. I'll get there one day.

My excuse is money
I dont' have the money to buy a treadmill and I can't afford to go to the gym
I can't really walk or run outside during the winter b/c I have athsma which is really only bad in the cold and I dont' have an inhaler b/c I have no health insurance.
It's a vicious cirlce
