I have another 2 weeks before I can do too much but found a dance program I'm going to get. It is called Core Rhythm and is an excellent way to get in shape without crawling around on the floor or doing endless pushups. Will let you all know how it goes.
I can't start it until I go home in July but will get after it then. How is everyone else doing with their healthy ways?
