Hi there! I'm back, but with a new display name! haha It took me forever to figure out that I couldnt' get in with my old stuff because it's all new now! (by the way, I love the updated site, you ladies are wonderful!)

okay, now with a tad update for everyone....last site, I had posted that Josh and I were really shakey, and things had gone all to hell when he deployed. once his deployment ended in November, things were starting to look a tad better, but no progress really. he came home this past January on leave because his grandmother had passed away, and we kinda patched things up a bit more...one uplook was deciding to go to marriage counceling when he came back for good this past April. Well, shortly after he left to go back to Germany, he decided to go back to his "Europe Life" and his old ways again which were tearing us apart in the first place....he decided that the alcohol, the german girls, and the female soldier he had been seeing while in Iraq was more important than the wife he had back at home. So, we're now divorced and to be honest with you guys, my life has been going great. I'm now realizing what a jerk he really was to me and I have a wonderful family and great friends by my side, who stuck by my side (even when they didnt agree with me marrying him, and whatnot) everyond predicted the divorce, but I had to live for myself, ya know?

Anyways, things are going great, I was promoted to manager over the winter for the gift shop I've been at for 6 years now....so thats been pretty nice. I've been looking for something new though, something to get me out of this stinkin' little town, start brand new, ya know what I mean? so, I decided to try and go for an airline career (inspired by my uncle who works for Southwest) so I've been interviewing alot with them for a flight attendant position. so hopefully, things will pick up in that area!

As for the love life? well....I'm sort of seeing somebody :) We've been best friends for years and years now....and we're not "officially dating", but you girls know how it is...lol its that stage of "back off chick, he's mine" hahaha! he's such a great guy, and what a coinky-dink, HE'S A SOLDIER! haha just cant stay away from this darn uniform, ya know? ;) He's been in the reserves for about 3 years now, and has decided to switch to active duty. His decision was partly because of me he said. He wants to be able to support me and give me the attention (and all that other mushy stuff...lol) that I wasnt given before. So, who knows, maybe round two of a hubby someday in the future? lol nothing right away obviously, that'd be crazy. but things are going wonderful. we live together now and it was wierd at first since josh was gone all the time, I never actually "LIVED" with a guy before. but now, I would be devestated if Chris or I ever moved out. lol alright, well now you're all probably going cross-eyed with all this info I've dropped at once, so I'm gonna go now, but it's great to be back on the site!

wow, so many new faces! lol well, maybe you're not all so new, I'm just NEVER on! hahaha its nice to see all the support from you girls! btw, for those who dont know me, I'm Aubrey (obviously...lol) and I'm 21, *dating* Christopher who will be 21 in August. Right now, he just drills up at Ft Drum here and in December will be moving to Ft Gordon Georgia. woo hoo, bring on the sunshine and beaches! lol for those of you that havent ever been to NY, I live way north, an hour south of Lake Placid....and about 2 hours south east of Ft Drum (in Watertown). I live in a teeny tiny town called Old Forge. anyways, back to my point...hopefully if I'm not doing anything with Southwest by the time Chris leaves for Georgia, I can go too! hahah oh no need to ask...the ex and I were together for 4 years before divorcing...we were high school sweeties (2 hours away..lol)! He left for basic in July '06 after we graduated high school, and was gone until I picked him up at the airport Dec 1st. Then was home almost the whole month of Dec, and left for his duty station in Germany the 27th. then he had leave that July of '07 for two weeks, we got married and then after his leave was up, he went back to Germany and was deployed to Iraq from Sept '07 - this past thanksgiving (Nov '08) so.....since we started dating in Jan '05, we saw each other "in-person" for about 1 1/2 years total. so trust me, I knooowwwww long distance! hahaha but thank you for the open door, I'm sure I'll use each and every one of you for a good talk! to be honest, I rarely get on here because I forget I'm active again! lol so your best bet to catch me is on myspace or facebook...which I've already announced, but again, my myspace is www.myspace.com/pinklvr87 and my facebook is Aubrey White - Universtiy of Phoenix network :) or you can even feel free to call me! my cell phone's 315-369-5472. ttul!

And wow, 12 months? seems like everybody is deploying for 12 months, thats somewhat lucky to be honest with ya....when I was married, Josh was deployed for 15. now THAT sucked! ha! but only 10 more to go, thats great! I bet the little ones miss him like craaazzzyyy :(
