What bases have you been to/lived at?

Fort Benning
Fort Rucker
Fort Bragg
Fort Hood

Bolded ones are where we've lived.

never lived at any of them though!

we lived at ft. knox for 2 years!
we have been stationed at ft benning for 1 year, but only been living onpost for roughly 2 weeks now!!

i have been to ft. leonardwood missouri to see william graduate from basic!
ft bragg when my brother was stationed there!
and to ft. stewart like 20 years ago when my uncle lived there!!
and also theres 2 bases in jville florida where im from, mayport and nas jax! been to both of them! they are both on water

I don't live on base, but I'll be living off and on about 30 minutes from Twentynine Palms, CA. Levi is taking me on base sometime soon though.

but we are stationed at Camp Pendetlon and live like 1 min off base

but ive been in The San Diego Recuite Depot,
San Diego Navel base
and Edwards airforce base, cause its right by my moms house and we had a field trip there when i was in like 4th grade. lol

I've never lived at any Bases since Hubby is National Guard but I've visited some.

NCAS MIRAMAR this one is shown a few times in the Movie Top Gun they don't have the Top Gun School there any more because its now a Marine Air Station instead of a Navy one. But they have the AIR show every year which is cool to attend. I also use to work so close to this base that every so often we would just stop talking in the middle of a meeting till the jets stopped flying over.

White Sands Missile Range -- I think its one of the only bases shared by Navy, Air Force and Army. They do a lot of Missile testing, its one of two places where the Shuttle can land and there's a bunch of other cool history if your into that stuff.

Also my brother in-law got married on one of the Marine or Navy bases in San Diego but I can't remember which one oh well. I remember the area it was in and that the Chapel was really nice.

San Diego has too many Marine/Navy bases I remember when I first moved here I got lost more then once and ended up at the gates to one of the bases.

No offense to anyone here... but we know of a few people who graduated from West Point who, too, were complete jackasses... and will continue to care only about themselves...


We've only been at Ft. Richardson, unless you want to count Ft. Benning (since we got married there...)...!
