I have sooo heard of it!!! Lol. They basically do it to get money when deployed! instead of waiting for RandR to do a JOP wedding, they do it this way

thats wierd, to marry then have to wait however long to kiss your hubby!! i think it would make the wait alot more harder waiting for that first kiss that may never come if something bad were to happen! thats just wierd to me ive never heard of it, it sounds interesting but extremely wierd at the same time!
