Loving it a lot. Had trouble with a hip and sciatic nerve for a few months now but since starting with the Malibu Pilates chair, I am doing much better! I can stretch farther, I can get up and down easier and I am starting to feel it in my abs. Not that I'm really old but went from a very active farm life to a more sedentary RV one which is not me at all.

I'm just starting today! (Well technically I walked to class yesterday but whatev) today starts no beer, no fastfood, and minimal sugar. I will be trying to work out 3 times a week and we'll see how this goes. Hows your progress been in the last week Vicky?

Hey Lisa, way to go girl!! Especially the fast food thing. That stuff is sooooo bad for you. This week I had the setback with my gallbladder but I got a walk in yesterday and am going again today. No Pilates for a few days which really irks me as I was just getting to feel stronger and being able to do the whole hour routine. Hopefully can start back with that soon but can't aggravate my gallbladder. Way too painful if I do.

aww i'm sorry! well I just ate some dinner so I'm going to wait a bit for my food to digest and then at 8 I'm going to go running! its real cold outside so that should be good to keep me going right?

Well thank you! but actually it seemed to help! I ran father than I did the last time I ran around my apt complex! Made me feel good!
