oh my gosh. i used to do taebo in like 7th grade.

well i bought a dvd of it for $15. its crazy. talk about moving around. im so worn out. this is great. now if i can keep it up ill be in great shape.

lol wow im not that bad. but im really loving this taebo. its cheap, and upbeat. i really needed somthing that kept me moving cause i get bored way to easy.

i have taebo, but i like hip hop abs better! but ill be starting taebo again soon!
