phenix city is pretty bad! they are charging me a 40 dollar disconnect fee to have my internet/cable turned off, they want me to bring my modem in to their office, 15 days from the day i drop it off they will have it turned off! so im paying for 2 weeks plus 40 dollars! i dont understand why they cant just come out here turn it off at the pole pick up my modem and be done, on a day i need it turned off, i told her that and her response

we arent advanced enough to do that!! YEP your right, you like to make things difficult!! i dont think she was even listening, because if they arent advanced enough to have someone drive out here, pick up a modem and turn the pole off they must be something other than advanced!!

do you use comcast? Thats what we used in GA and they were like that and then i got charged like 40 bucks for cable for a week that i didnt even have it was soooo stupid and i had to drive all the way in town to drop off my box and remote...totally retarded. I know when i went to visit jason in basic at benning we had to drive through there and i felt like i needed a gun and a anti stupid helmet. Thats not a place in AL i would ever want to live!!

hahaha kandice, no i dont have comcast, i have a lil company called cable tv of east alabama! the lady i talked to is the same lady i talked to when i called to get things turned on, i told her i wanted the bundle package and she said they didnt offer it and i was like wait you offer it for the 2nd floor apartment but not the 3rd floor!! so william finally got what we needed cause i was just too frustrated with being prego and all, i totally get what you say about the anti-stupid helmet lmao i miss comcast, thats what we had in florida, before we joined, i never had a prob out of them!!

I'll trade you Insight for your cable company, Sherry! Insight charged us for the ice storm days even though we didn't have power. They said that if we did have power we would have had cable. I find that hilarious because the cable didn't get turned back on until 3 days after we got power again. They are such dingleberries!! Down with Cable companies!!!
