onstar is a worthless piece of crap!! how bout i got a call from them today!! heres how it went
maam this is louis with onstar im wanting to make sure you are ok?

um ya your only 2 weeks late thanks for asking!!
i understand that the antenna was knocked loose when the deer hit, but the woman was like well we have a diagnostic report stating there is something wrong with your car and needs imediate attention, so i asked what it was she said i cant tell you, huh you are looking at my account, well maam you need to sit in your car and hit the blue button on the rear view mirror and they can tell you everything, um wth i cant help but laugh she is looking at the account shes at headquarters, hitting the blue button id be redirected back to her or someone she works with!! so now im trying to get in touch with the body shop guys so they can sit in the front seat and talk to the people at headquarters and find out what it is that needs immediate attention, um do you think it might possibly be um everything that was damaged hahaa!!! i cant help but laugh at their stupidity!!
