It's amazing! Nothing better than sour cream, cheddar cheese and scallions your potatoes!! It's kinda like a loaded baked potato but SOOOOOO much better!

lol Christy you're more fun to nag then my mom...plus she just spent over 300 to bring my whiney ass home so I have to be a little nag cautious lol ;)

She just wrote me an email at lunch saying that she'd take care of the recipe tonight :)
